-Fixate elbows and curl as normal curl
Alt Preacher Curl 3x10
-Do not fully extend arm, keep tension
-Pause at top to squeeze bicep
Heavy Straight Bar curl 3x8
-A little swinging momentum is ok
-Load the bar with heavy ass weight
Cable curl 3x15
-To optimize blood flow to muscle
-Everything is slow, controlled
-Big squeeze at top
